Our business was in growing and improving mode in the past years and production volume was going well smoothly but, unfortunately, due to the collapse of the Afghan Government in Aug 2021, changed the whole process even downsized and lost our experts, our business had been stopped by current rulers due to having 98% women workers due to restrictions we almost closed our production department, after that, we restarted our business again inside of the residential areas to be near for our female staff. Now our business is expanding and improving again day by day. Currently, we have 15 employees (14 females and 1 male).
At Zahra Zirak Production Company, resilience and commitment define us. Despite the challenges brought on by the collapse of the Afghan Government in August 2021, which impacted our operations and forced us to downsize, we refused to abandon our mission. We adapted by relocating to residential areas, ensuring a safe environment for our primarily female workforce to continue their work and thrive.
